The house pour

North Lager, cold and finished.

Pilsner malt, a short boil, and a long cold rest. It is bright, lightly bitter, and meant to be drunk while it is still cold from the tank.

On the list

Three beers. That is the whole card.

Lager · 5.4%

North Lager

Clean malt, a snap of noble hop, and a dry finish. The one we pour first.

Ale · 4.8%

Harbour Mild

Soft, dark bread and a little cocoa. Low bitterness, full enough for a cold night.

Season · 6.2%

Amber Line

Caramel malt and a firmer hop. Brewed in short runs when the cellar has room.

Small on purpose. The tank is only as large as we can look after.
